By using Verdio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Not Legal Advice
IMPORTANT: Verdio is a legal document service, not a law firm. The documents and answers provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. For complex legal matters, consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Verdio for any unlawful purpose, to generate fraudulent documents, or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for technical issues.
6. Intellectual Property
Documents you generate belong to you. Verdio retains rights to its platform, technology, and service outputs in aggregate (anonymised) form.
7. Limitation of Liability
Verdio is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to errors in generated documents.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
